Copiague Middle School Inducts 44 New NJHS Members

On Oct. 29, 44 eighth grade students from Copiague Middle School were inducted into the Eagle Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society during a memorable ceremony attended by family, friends and staff.
The annual event celebrated students’ achievements in scholarship, leadership, service, character and citizenship. They were welcomed to the ceremony by advisors Francesca Walker and Paul Harvey.
Families looked on with pride as the inductees were formally welcomed into the honor society. To conclude the ceremony, each inductee presented a long stem rose to a loved one who has supported them along their educational journey. The heartfelt gesture served as a powerful reminder of the families, mentors and supporters who help students achieve success.
