To instill a love of the language, Italian 5 students from Walter G. O’Connell Copiague High School recently visited sixth graders at Copiague Middle School. The high school visitors discussed why they chose the Italian program and why students should consider pursuing it as their language in seventh grade. They also shared some introductory vocabulary and played a game of bingo together using the new words they learned.
