Spring is in the air and the Copiague Middle School Builders Club started the season off with a Spring Fling celebration at Tanner Park Senior Center. Builders Club members traveled to the senior center on March 26 to spend the morning connecting with local community members. Students were accompanied by advisor Jodie McLaughlin.

Prior to the visit, the club members crafted colorful butterfly bookmarks to hand out. They delivered the bookmarks to the senior citizens to brighten their day. The students also made their way to the dance floor to practice alongside the seniors.
