In celebration of Global School Play Day on Feb. 7, Susan E. Wiley Elementary School held a literacy- and math-themed night for students and their families. They learned to play classic games to sharpen their reading and math skills. Each grade level played a different game that delved into math/literacy skills such as Uno, Candyland, Boggle, Upwords and Rack-O. The students went home with a book and a chance to win one of their favorite games.
