Copiague Middle School students showed off their engineering and architectural skills as they constructed gingerbread houses after school on Dec. 20. Students were selected to participate in the activity by teachers, who invited those who displayed positive behaviors in school. With some help from Copiague Middle School staff, the students designed their candy creations with loads of confectionary delights.
