Do you want to build a snowman? First graders at Deauville Gardens West Elementary School sure do! The students wrote directions on how to build a snowman on a brace map and then using a flow map, they penned step-by-step instructions of how to build their snowman. Using modeling clay, plastic hats, buttons and branch arms and small carrot noses, the students followed their own instructions to make their snowman come to life.
