Copiague Drama Students Wow Audiences with ‘Clue’
Guessing who “dunnit” had audience members on the edge of their seats as Walter G. O’Connell Copiague High School’s advanced drama class showed off their many talents during the production of the fall play “Clue” on Nov. 21 in the school’s auditorium. The process began with auditions in class and character development, which led to many hours of rehearsals and backstage preparation. “The students brilliantly performed this one-night-only, nonstop, comedic show based off of the classic board game and 1985 movie,” said Sylvia Walsh, director and drama teacher. “With plenty of twists and turns of “who dunnit” to special effects and hilarious choreography, the cast and crew once again wowed the Copiague community with their on-stage talents and skills.”
