On Oct. 25, the students at Susan E. Wiley Elementary School kicked off Red Ribbon Week by signing a pledge to remain drug free and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Clad in red, each student signed the bulletin board that hangs at the entrance to the building. In addition to their pledge, students made announcements over the school’s speaker system about why it’s important to live a healthy lifestyle.
