At Great Neck Road Elementary School, Mrs. Loeber‘s first grade class partnered with their buddies in Mrs. Mullins’s third grade class for some math practice. They played a game where each student had to roll three dice and find the add-on sums. When they solved their answer, they covered the stars on the game board. Third graders helped first graders with their add-on strategies.
