During the holiday season, the Copiague Middle School Builders Club focused its fundraising efforts and activities on the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The club raised and donated $600 to the organization. In February, Jim Byrne, a representative from Make-A-Wish, visited the club. He discussed the mission of a wish granter and the purpose of the foundation to the Copiague Middle School students.
