Second graders in Terri Alzmann’s class at Susan E. Wiley Elementary School participated in math fun. Students worked in pairs to estimate and measure the diameter of their sunflowers. The students then compared the lengths of sunflowers. Finally, students estimated and then counted the seeds of a sunflower using groups of 10.
