Kindergarten students in Natalia Brite’s class at Great Neck Road Elementary School are learning all about apples as the fall season approached. The students began by reading the book “10 Apples on Top” and did their own counting activity to measure how many apples tall they were. The students also did an apple taste test to and graphed which color was their favorite. In the upcoming weeks, the class will also be making their own homemade applesauce.
