Members of the Copiague Middle School National Junior Honor Society volunteered and participated in the Run for Warriors 5K at the Town of Babylon Hall on Nov. 18. The students, along with advisers, Fran Walker and Paul Harvey, worked the registration desk, and some students ran the race. All money raised is donated to the Hope for the Warriors organization, which provides assistance to combat wounded service members and their families and families of those killed in action.
