Great Neck Road Elementary School is celebrating Red Ribbon Week from Oct. 23-27. During the kickoff, students and staff dressed head to toe in red for this year’s theme, “We Mustache You to Be Drug Free.” One by one, each class signed the pledge to stay healthy and drug free.

Throughout the week, the students participated in different Red Ribbon activities, such as wearing their shirt backward to turn their backs on drugs; stomping out drugs by wearing their favorite sneakers; sunglasses day to shade out drugs; and teaming up against drugs by sporting their favorite jerseys.
