Great Neck Road Elementary had its gymnasium transformed into a pumpkin patch on Oct. 28, thanks to the help of the school’s Parent Teacher Association. Surrounded by hay, the pumpkins lined the gymnasium to spell out “GNR.” Class by class, each student had a chance to pick the perfect pumpkin to take home and decorate prior to celebrating Halloween.
