The second graders at Susan E. Wiley Elementary School are learning all about gratitude this December. The classes began by reading stories about gratitude. The classes discussed and brainstormed different ways they could give back to their community – such as donating and volunteering – and ways they could show gratitude. The second students created presents featuring their ideas that were displayed on their bulletin boards in the hallway.
