The sixth graders in Ms. Kazlauskas’ home and careers class at Copiague Middle School have been learning about creating their own business models using food trucks. The students learned about food trucks and how they operate. Each student created their own concept for a food truck including a menu, pricing, target audience, hours of operation and where it would be located. They designed a logo and then created an actual mini food truck featuring their unique designs.
