Mrs. Diamond’s fifth grade class at Susan E. Wiley Elementary School worked on imagery by creating dioramas of a memorable scene from their class read aloud “Esperanza Rising.” Students used materials such as paint, clay, toothpicks, cotton, popsicle sticks, buttons, cloth, yarn, scrapbooking paper and more to create their masterpieces.
