The kindergarten students in Ms. Benavides’ class at Susan E. Wiley Elementary School celebrated National Hispanic Heritage month from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15 with different lessons. The students created posters about different countries, which included foods, dress, flag and various facts about the regions. Throughout the month, the students read books and watched videos about the different cultures.
