Walter G. O’Connell Copiague High School welcomed members of its ninth and 10th grade classes for orientation day on Aug. 26. During two sessions, the incoming freshmen and sophomores picked up their schedule, tested out their lockers and walked through the building to find their classrooms.

Walter G. O’Connell Copiague High School Principal Joseph Agosta welcomed students into the building, while members of the guidance department distributed schedules and locker assignments. The high school administrative team was on hand to answer any questions and guide the students through their building tours. Students reconnected with their classmates and geared up for the start of the school year.
