Students in Mr. O’Connor’s music classes at Deauville Gardens East Elementary School are learning all about rhythm. The students are using body percussions – playing sounds on their hands, shoulders, head, and knees – and also snapping, stomping and clapping to learn about different rhythms. In the coming weeks, the students will be learning how to add rhythms together.
