During the week of Feb. 3-7, Copiague School District celebrated National School Counseling Week to focus attention on the unique contribution of school counselors within the school system. This year’s theme was “School Counselors: Helping Build Better Humans.” National School Counseling Week, sponsored by the American School Counselors Association, highlights the impact school counselors can have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career.
