Kindergarten students at Deauville Gardens East Elementary School celebrated the 100th day of school on Feb. 12 with various classroom activities. As a fun tribute to the day, students arrived to school dressed up as 100-year-olds; complete with gray hair, glasses, old-fashioned clothing, canes and walkers.

During the daylong celebration, teachers incorporated the 100th day theme into the coursework. Students enhanced their math skills by counting to 100 in various ways, created a 100th day hat and read stories.
